Pairs with the Pan-Seared Scallops - A bright, unoaked Chardonnay with citrus, stone fruit and mineral notes. Its crisp acidity complements the scallops and cuts through the richness of the lemon beurre blanc.

Mary Taylor Bordeaux Rouge, Jean Marc Barthez 2022 – Bordeaux, France - $13 glass | $48 bottle

Pairs with the Lamb Shank - A classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with dark fruit, bright acidity and smooth tannins. Its fruit and structure pair beautifully with the richness of the slow-cooked lamb.

Pairs with the 12 oz. Ribeye - A Syrah and Grenache blend with ripe berry fruit, peppery spice and savory notes. Its richness and structure stand up beautifully to the ribeye and its char.
