Late spring brings a shift. Markets come to life, flavors get brighter, and the menu gets a little more adventurous.
For this first Chef’s Dinner of our 2026 season, I’m featuring duck, lamb, and elk that feel both rustic and refined, paired with the freshness of the season.
Join us as we kick off this year’s Chef’s Dinners with a truly special menu that celebrates renewal.
It’s going to be a great night.
