Join us for an intimate evening on the patio, where a six-course dinner celebrates the bold, layered flavors only fire can bring. Crafted by Executive Chef Gerver Blanco, this special event features fire-grilled dishes from land and sea—each one carefully composed to showcase contrasting textures, depth of flavor, and wines thoughtfully selected by Katie Janke of Bourget Imports.
This is part of our ongoing Chef’s Dinner series, and with limited seating and past events selling out quickly, we recommend reserving your spot soon.

Summer is when I lean into the flame—when fire becomes a tool not just for cooking, but for creating depth, contrast, and nuance. This menu builds on that, with carefully composed dishes where every texture and flavor is meant to enhance the character that grilling brings out.
Each course is paired with wines thoughtfully selected by Katie Janke of Bourget Imports to complement and elevate the experience.
