Summer, Sea, Sipped.
Summer always brings me back to the sea—bright flavors, coastal ingredients, and white wines that feel made for this time of year. This dinner is a celebration of that: global inspiration, some of my favorite seafood, and a lineup of wines presented by Chad Bjornson, of Phillips Wine Company, that highlight each course just beautifully.
