Autumn Uncorked is our final Chef’s Dinner of 2025 — a six-course celebration of food, wine, and fall flavors. Chef Gerver’s menu features scallops, duck, short ribs, and more, paired with beautiful Italian wines selected and presented by Emma Hanson of Wine Merchants.

Hosted at our Chef’s Table—set in the heart of our working kitchen—this intimate dinner surrounds you with the sights, sounds, and aromas as each course comes to life.
